I hadn’t had my hair cut in about a year and went in and asked for something pretty specific. The girl cutting my hair tried her best and did an ok job but the cut wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. I called the salon the next day and spoke to one of the owners, Maryanne and explained the situation. She got me in right away without re charging me, and she went above and beyond, making sure that it was exactly what I wanted. She took her time and made sure the experience was good. I love the cut! It was so worth it to go back and I love how the situation was handled. Will definitely be going back.

Kailey is fantastic! I am sensitive to the glue used to attach lashes. But what ever she does makes it work. I’ve been seeing Kailey for just over a year and love it.
